Your New Role
Acting for public and significant private companies across property, mining, technology, media and energy and resources, you will be involved in a range of complex commercial litigation and dispute resolution.
You can expect to act on the following:
- Contractual and commercial disputes;
- Property and leasing disputes;
- Corporations Act, including insolvency disputes;
- Regulatory matters, administrative law as well as IT/IP and insolvency and recoveries.

- 2-4 years PAE in commercial litigation;
