  • Use customer insights and competitive analysis to inform new promotional tactics, seasonal campaigns, and product strategies.
Data-Driven Decision Making
  • Utilise GA4 and other analytics tools to generate actionable insights on website performance, user behaviour, and customer preferences.
  • Work with our product and analytics teams to interpret sales data, mine insights, and build actions, reporting back on results.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management, offering insights and recommendations for optimisation.
  • Track and measure KPIs such as AOV, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and retention metrics.
Collaboration
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including ecommerce, product, and creative, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels.
Market Research
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviours to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Team Guidance
  • Build a results-oriented work environment within the department through education, collaboration, and fostering a culture of continued excellence.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Degree in ecommerce, marketing, data analytics, economics, or computer science is beneficial but not essential.
  • At least 5 years of experience in e-commerce trading, digital merchandising, or a similar role, with a proven track record of improving website performance and sales.
  • Deep knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and experience with other data analysis tools.
