My client require the services of a Solution Architect to help provide solution design and documentation in collaboration with the digital transformation team. The digital transformation team focus on delivering great customers and staff experiences relating to technologies that enable stakeholder and customer management capabilities. The technologies currently being used in this space are (not limited to):- Microsoft CRM Dynamics on-prem (with corepacks for correspondence)
- Customer (.NET), EPIC Conveyancer Portal (.NET)
- CSIS Account and Billing
- EICC, Verint, Touchpoint - Interactive Voice Response. (replacement project commencing)
- SQUIZ DXP (Corporate Website)
- Voice of customer platforms - Qualtrics
- Zendesk Live Chat
Assignment / Scope
Analyse business requirements, identify solution options, and recommend the preferred option through the lens of people, process and technology.
- Ensure solution alignment with the enterprise architecture by leveraging the business capability model, technology catalogue, process model, organizational data model and principles and standards.
- Define system architectures, including component models, enterprise service models, operational models, etc.
- Identify architecture decisions, risks and any associated technical debt and ensure that they are documented effectively and endorsed by the appropriate party.
- Ensure traceability from business strategy and requirements through system/component requirements to systems integration and user acceptance test.
- Produce solution architecture deliverables such as Options Analysis, System/Component Requirements Specification, System Architecture Definition, Requirements Traceability Matrix and other deliverables using the standard EA tool and notation
- Ensure all technology solutions are captured and updated within the organizational Enterprise Architecture repository.
- Continually optimize and improve the organisation's enterprise architecture and information model.
- Present options and architecture documents at Architecture Governance Committee for endorsement
- Participate in Agile (Scrum) and waterfall project delivery teams
- Work collaboratively with Business Owners, Project Managers, Business Change, Business Analysts, Test leads, API integration (Mulesoft), Data Integration (Azure), Enterprise Architect and other SMEs
