As an experienced senior CA or Senior Project Engineer, you've got a broad skillset and you feel ready to take the step up.

With your new build experience, you’d deliver industrial warehouses, shopping centres and complex refurbs in the $30-$150 million range and you’d start on a brand new project at Sydney Airport worth $90million.
You'd be mentored by an SPM and PM who have been at the business 10 years+ you’ll oversee CA’s and SM’s on site where there is a tonne of stakeholder management.
Salary wise you’ll start off on a $170-$200k package with a yearly financial appraisal and a Christmas bonus. This will increase yearly as you learn more and get better at the PM role.

Sounds good – what skills do you expect from me?
If you can tick the 3 points below then we’d love to hear from you;
- You’ve got new build experience (that isn't all residential) in Australia and have been a SCA, SPE or a PM in previous roles.
- You've enjoyed decent stints at your previous employers and don't jump ship when things require a bit of hard graft.
- You have a construction-related degree or diploma and have at least 6 years post grad experience under your belt.
