The Role
In this role, you'll be an integral part of a dynamic team entrusted with executing major HVAC projects valued between $10 to $100 million. Your responsibilities will encompass producing workshop and as-built drawings, leveraging both Revit and AutoCAD, while also conducting clash detection cheques using Navisworks. Regular interaction with clients (builders) and key stakeholders, both internally and externally, will be vital to ensuring seamless project delivery.
The Requirements
We seek candidates with a minimum of 2 years' experience in the building services sector. Your background should include adeptness in generating As-Built and Workshop drawings for HVAC systems, coupled with a strong command of Revit MEP. Please note that a valid working visa is a prerequisite for consideration. Given the nature of the role as a permanent position at the company's headquarters, remote options are not currently under consideration.
