Project Architect

Description:

A global practice, dedicated to creating people-centric environments from the large scale to the small. Their award-winning portfolio includes bespoke residencies, unique hospitality and workplace interiors, urban design and large-scale master planning.
You will ideally have a minimum of 5-7years proven experience in similar roles. Be devoted to the art of architectural design, well rounded in documentation, contract administration, and have a personable demeanour enjoying delivery with like-minded and talented professionals.
You will:

• Have a sound understanding of relevant design codes and regulations.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills with proven design, delivery and client facing skills.
• Find solutions through your wealth of experience.
• Produce detailed documentation in a reasonable timeframe.
• Demonstrate sound knowledge of current and future design trends / construction methods.
• Be highly competent in ArchiCAD, or willing to be trained.
