Role Overview:
This is a pivotal senior position that will work closely with the Managing Director and other senior leaders with extensive exposure to the business operations. It will ultimately be responsible for driving strategic decision-making, ensuring strong governance, and optimising financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate financial reporting and insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and oversee systems, controls, and governance to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Manage banking relationships, funding strategies, and cash flow optimisation.
- Drive automation and process improvements to streamline financial operations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to achieve organisational goals.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in senior financial leadership, ideally in a complex manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of compliance, corporate governance, and financial regulations.
- Proven ability to negotiate banking facilities and manage funding arrangements.
- Experience with implementing financial systems and driving process automation.
- Exceptional leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
