Troocoo are proudly partnering with Queensland Treasury to appoint their new HR Advisor (AO5)About the role
This role is part of the People and Culture Partnering Team of Queensland Treasury that will contribute to deliver effective end-to-end human resources services. You will provide informed and accurate advice across the employment lifecycle including:
- Establishment management, recruitment, employment conditions and leave types, HR policies, and performance and conduct matters.
- Research and analysis to resolve complex HR matters, drawing on business knowledge, data, and legislation.
- HR reporting to meet due dates including payroll exception follow-up
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal/external clients and contributing to workforce projects.
- Supporting the People and Culture leadership team to implement initiatives under Treasury’s Strategic Workforce Plan
About you

You have strong communication skills whether on the phone or via MS Teams. You focus on building meaningful relationships to achieve positive business outcomes.
