Troocoo is excited to be partnering again with a prestigious infrastructure client in based in Brisbane CBD to recruit an experienced HR Administrator for a 3-month contract , with the potential for extension. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced HR team while contributing to critical business functions.
About the Role:
As the HR Administrator , you will play a key role in providing administrative support across various HR functions. You will be responsible for maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, and ensuring HR processes run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support HR operations by managing employee documentation, contracts, and policy updates.
  • Assist with recruitment coordination, including scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires.
  • Maintain and update HRIS records with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Respond to HR-related queries from employees and managers.
  • Provide administrative support to payroll processes, including employee data updates.
  • Assist in coordinating HR initiatives, training sessions, and events.
  • Contribute to process improvements within the HR function.
About You
  • Previous experience in an HR administration or coordination role.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to work.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams effectively.
