About the Role
We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Manager to lead and inspire a team of Store Managers across multiple locations for a renowned fashion and accessories brand. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong retail leader who thrives on driving sales, leading high-performing teams, and strengthening brand presence within a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead , mentor, and develop Store Managers to achieve sales targets, KPIs, and operational excellence
  • Drive overall regional performance through strategic planning and hands-on leadership
  • Implement and execute visual merchandising standards, promotional activities, and stock management strategies
  • Oversee recruitmen t, onboarding, training, and performance management of store teams
  • Conduct regular store visits , ensuring compliance with company standards and exceptional customer experience
  • Analyse sales data, identify trends, and develop action plans to maximise sales and profitability
  • Collaborate with head office teams including merchandising, marketing, and operations to align with brand goals
  • Champion a positive and inclusive team culture, focusing on motivation, recognition, and career development
  • Ensure WH&S compliance across all locations
About You
  • Proven experience as a Regional/Area Manager or equivalent multi-site leadership role in fashion, accessories, or lifestyle retail
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
  • Demonstrated success i n driving sales, exceeding KPIs, and managing P&L responsibilities
  • Experience in visual merchandising and understanding of seasonal trends and market positioning
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Exceptional communication , organisational, and problem-solving skills
  • Passionate about fashion and customer experience, with a focus on creating brand loyalty
  • Ability to travel across the region and conduct regular in-store visits
