Rex Gorell Family Group is seeking a responsible, motivated and professional candidate to fill a full time position within the group as a Customer Retention Officer/Receptionist.
Working as a member of our administration team, this role predominantly involves making customer satisfaction follow up calls to visitors of our busy service departments, as part of our on going customer retention activities. In conjunction to this, the role also involves Receptionist duties as per below:
- Operation of a busy switchboard directing calls to multiple departments
- Supporting the service department team members
- Data entry
- Cash handling
- Other general administrative tasks including the use of Microsoft Office programs
Previous experience in a reception/customer service based role is preferred.
