Air Liquide Healthcare Australia are a leading and dedicated supplier of medical gases, homecare and sleep services. We specialise in respiratory diseases and have a strong reputation in sleep diagnostics and CPAP therapy.
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the Territory Account Manager & Business Developer is responsible for promoting and overseeing the sales process for home oxygen medical products, and associated services to healthcare professionals.
Main duties and responsibilities include:
- Grow sales and develop our business over the assigned territory (Victoria)
- Source new clients and customise our services to meet their needs
- Create and maintain excellent relationships with existing customers
- Investigate and resolve customer problems if needed
- Promote a culture of Safety First with our stakeholders
- Maintain a database of clients and prospective customers
- Organise trainings for customers and prospects on the safe use of medical gases, integrated cylinders, equipment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with State Departments and key stakeholders involved in tendering and other business related activities
- Actively participate in tendering processes
- Attend trade shows and actively participating in the promotion of Air Liquide Healthcare
- Assist the operations team in planning future asset requirements
- Participate in customer holdings, safety or back-up audits
Are you a MATCH?
- Valid driver’s license
- Related healthcare/sales experience highly regarded
- Strong business development capabilities
- Ability to read, analyse, and interpret technical journals, financial reports and legal documents
- Tertiary qualifications
- Experience in Medical Sales desirable
- High interpersonal skills allowing for effective communication with our stakeholders
- Excellent computer literacy, proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
