Description:
This individual will be responsible for supervising cleaning operations, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Staff Supervision and Training: Oversee cleaning staff, provide training, and ensure adherence to company standards.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections to verify that cleaning tasks meet established quality benchmarks.
- Customer Interaction: Manage client communications, address concerns promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Organize staff schedules and coordinate cleaning assignments efficiently.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure all cleaning activities comply with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the cleaning industry, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Familiarity with cleaning best practices and health regulations.
- Ability to handle scheduling and administrative tasks efficiently.
Job Type: Subcontract
Pay: $28.00 – $40.26 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
