We are looking for a skilled Cell Culture Operator to join our GMP manufacturing facility. This role will be crucial in supporting our expansion in monoclonal antibody production, where your hands-on experience with bioreactors and mechanical systems will be highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain stainless steel and single-use bioreactors for monoclonal antibody production.
- Operate Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF) systems.
- Perform mammalian cell clone selection, including handling suspension and adherent cell lines.
- Assemble, calibrate, and troubleshoot bioreactor systems and related instruments.
- Support cell culture media preparation and seed train maintenance.
- Manage lab inventory, including ordering and stocking chemicals and reagents.
- Contribute to manufacturing improvement projects and quality enhancements.
- Assisting in implementing quality improvements
- Maintaining high safety standards.

- Proven experience with bioreactor operations, either single-use or stainless steel, is essential.
- Solid mechanical experience related to the assembly, calibration, and maintenance of equipment.
- Hands-on expertise in cell culture techniques, with relevant qualifications in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Biomedical/Biological Science, or similar.
- Experience with clone selection and cell line development is highly advantageous.
- Background in GMP-regulated environments is important.
- Knowledge of Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF) systems is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
- Proven track record of achieving targets and managing time effectively under pressure.
