Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the testing team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
- Develop comprehensive test strategies and plans aligned with project requirements and timelines.
- Design, implement, and maintain automated and manual test cases.
- Ensure thorough documentation of test results and maintain test artifacts.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide feedback on testability.
- Monitor and report on testing progress, defects, and quality metrics to stakeholders.
- Identify risks and issues related to testing and suggest mitigation strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in testing processes and methodologies.
- Stay current with industry trends and tools related to testing and quality assurance.
Criteria Selection
- A minimum of 3 years experience leading testing activities on medium to large system implementations.
- Experience in the preparation of Test Plans based on testing-type risk assessment in an agile project environment.
- Experience in using testing tools that include but are not limited to; Azure DevOps and its extensions such as Browser Stack, Test and Feedback.
- Experience in performing various testing types including system and integration testing, compatibility testing, regression testing and ensuring test coverage to User stories/requirements.
- Ability to prepare and maintain test artefacts related to testing.
- Experience in planning, preparation and execution of testing activities including defect triage and test results reporting.
- Ability to support vendors to perform their penetration testing and accessibility testing as per project requirements.
- Experience supporting Business for User Acceptance Testing and Production Verification Testing.
- Experience in agile projects and active participation in agile ceremonies.
- Experience in SQL script writing.
- Experience in using PostMan and MS Azure DevOps is desirable.
- Experience in the health sector will be highly regarded.
