Installation ManagerWe are currently seeking an Installation Manager to provide supervision, direction and technical support to our Permanent and Subcontract Install Crews.
You will be joining a company who prides itself on the best service with quality products at competitive prices.
The Successful candidate's responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Maintain, Service and Support our existing client base.
- Have excellent computer skills.
- Have a good understanding of Aconex or similar online construction cloud services.
- Develop, build and maintain relationships with onsite Foreman, Project Managers, Supervisors and Suppliers.
- Co-ordinate and maintain a steady work flow through our permanent and subcontract installation crews.
- Have an good understanding of OH&S and Working at Heights.
- Have a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Be able to coordinate multiple projects at any one time and regulary maintain and update a project register.
- Be technically minded and be able to problem solve quickly and effectively.
- Be a self-starter with a strong desire to succeed.
We would like to hear from those who have had experience in the building or similar industries in a supervisory/management roll. The position would suit someone who has worked onsite but also understands the office environment.
To be successful you will need to be an excellent communicator as interpersonal skills are essential, you will have strong customer service skills and be able to demonstrate your problem-solving abilities.
