THE OPPORTUNITY

To take things to the next level, we’re shaking up the in-store experience with fresh new technologies and creative ways to connect with our customers. That’s where you come in! We’re looking for a Marketing Communications Lead to take charge of all things marketing in our stores. You’ll be the mastermind behind everything from POS and signage to ticketing and digital screens, ensuring that our stores are buzzing with awesome, on-brand communications.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll be a go-getter with an entrepreneurial spirit, always ready to roll up your sleeves and tackle challenges with enthusiasm! If you’ve got retail experience, a knack for print production, and feel right at home with online ticketing systems, we want you on our team. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll team up with Marketing, Merchandise, Digital, and Operations to bring exceptional customer communications to life across all our Baby Bunting stores in Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities

In-Store Communication Strategies

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and drive sales, aligning with the Baby Bunting brand and campaigns.
POS Materials Management
  • Create and deploy POS materials, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and objectives.
Ticketing Process Management
  • Oversee the entire ticketing process from briefing to production, coordinating with internal teams and vendors.
  • Innovate processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Collaboration and Creative Input
  • Work with creative and marketing teams to produce visually appealing materials that align with brand objectives.
Quality Standards
  • Ensure high-quality production standards for all print and digital assets within stores.
Store Operations Coordination
  • Collaborate with Store Operations on communication requirements and handle all marketing campaign communications to stores.
Retail Signage Maintenance
  • Maintain retail signage, ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand and marketing goals.
Project and Campaign Management
  • Manage multiple projects and campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
Vendor Relationships
  • Establish and maintain vendor relationships for cost-effective, high-quality outputs across all assets.
Performance Monitoring and Analysis
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of initiatives, providing reports and recommendations for improvement.
About You
  • 5+ years of retail marketing experience with solid print production knowledge.
  • Proven success in managing end-to-end campaigns.
  • A master at juggling multiple projects on time and on budget.
  • Organisational and project management skills that keep things running smoothly.
  • A fast-paced go-getter who thrives in an ever-changing environment.
