Description
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement technology solutions.Analyse business processes and requirements to identify areas for improvement.Develop strategic plans based on data analysis and business needs.Assist in the design and development of new systems and enhancements.Provide support and training for users on new systems and processes.Monitor and report on the effectiveness of implemented solutions.Ensure all solutions are aligned with company and industry standards.Contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes.
Profile
A Successful Business Analyst Should Have
A degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience in business analysis or a similar role within the retail industry.Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, and analyse significant amounts of information.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and understandable manner.Knowledge of business process management, workflow, and transaction processing systems.
