Are you a passionate recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment? We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist — Volume to join the dynamic People & Culture team at iSelect!

Following a recent resignation, we’re on the lookout for someone who brings expertise in volume recruitment and a genuine enthusiasm for connecting great talent with the right opportunities. In this role, you'll take the lead on our call centre recruitment, leveraging your deep understanding of call centre operations to build and maintain strong talent pipelines that support our high-performing teams.

You’ll be joining a close-knit, high-energy Talent Acquisition team that prides itself on working hard, delivering exceptional candidate experiences, and supporting one another. While we come together formally every fortnight, you'll also benefit from weekly one-on-one check-ins with your Manager and plenty of informal chats and laughs along the way.

To be successful in the role:

  • Extensive experience in a similar TA role, focusing on volume recruitment for call centre or similar environment, delivering end-to-end recruitment
  • Partner and collaborate with General Managers, Sales Managers and Workforce Planning teams to understand their hiring needs and formulate a recruitment plan to attract and hire top talent
  • Ability to work autonomously whilst managing various levels of stakeholders
  • Experience in facilitating group interviews
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract external talent
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Ensure compliance is met in accordance with background checks such as reference checks and police checks
  • Experience using LiveHire ATS or similar and assessment software like Vervoe
