About The Role
As a Territory Business Development Manager, your primary focus will be
to develop and manage the Greater Melb & Southern VIC sales territory. You will play
a key role in increasing our clients direct market share within the
acute and aged care spaces while managing customer relationships and
ensuring satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the Greater Melb & Southern VIC Territory, identifying and pursuing
new business opportunities in the acute care, aged care, and
reseller markets.
Achieve or exceed sales targets Focus on direct market growth and customer conversion to expand
market presence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers,
including facility managers, nurse unit managers, and retail store
owners.
Conduct product demonstrations Manage the full sales cycle Handle and transport medical equipment Work closely with internal support teams to manage administrative
tasks, enabling you to focus on sales activities.
Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager on sales progress,
customer feedback, and market insights.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the healthcare
or medical supplies industry.
Ability to manage the physical demands of the role, including moving
and demonstrating large, heavy medical equipment.
A proactive approach to identifying and capitalising on sales
opportunities.
Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to meet customer needs
and achieve sales goals.
Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders,
from internal teams to senior-level clients.
Strong presentation skills, with the ability to create and deliver
compelling proposals and demonstrations.

Qualifications
Essential: COVID Vaccination with Booster, Drivers License, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, Police
Check, Blue Card.
Strong and physically fit to safely perform manual handling tasks. Must be able to manually load and
unload equipment from vans using ramps.
