THE ROLE
Responsibilities
Based at our Traralgon store, you will become a valued member of the team and have rostered shifts in the store, along with having the flexibility to cover additional shifts as required. Key responsibilities of the role will include:
Provide expert professional customer service to our retail and trade customersPromote and expand our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accountsDevelop strong product knowledge to assist customers in making the best product choiceAchieve and exceed personal sales targetsSupporting other team members to ensure business goals are metContribute to the overall presentation of the store through merchandising and general housekeeping
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess the following qualities:
Previous experience in a customer service environmentStrong communication skills with the ability to genuinely connect with your customersAn energetic and enthusiastic approach to all aspects of your jobA strong attention to detail
