Description:

We are an expanding and innovative Fire Protection company established for over 10 years located in Pakenham. We provide maintenance and installation across Victoria of the following Essential Safety Measures and Services for the commercial industry:

  • Fire Detection & Evacuation Systems
  • Emergency and Exit light systems
  • Portable Equipment
  • Electrical Contracting

We are currently seeking an experienced and well-organised team player to take on the Service Co-Ordinator role. This is a permanent full-time position which is office based.

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Customer service – professionally and efficiently responding to a high volume of enquiries via email and phone calls from internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Scheduling and set up of Service jobs for our Technicians and overseeing daily job completion through our dashboard on SimPRO.
  • Generating ad-hoc service quotations as requested by customers.
  • Co-ordination of work performed by Sub-Contractors.
  • Generating purchase orders and work orders.
  • Co-ordinate Technicians to complete customer inductions.
  • Accurate data entry and corrections daily through SimPRO.
  • Ordering and tracking materials for jobs and ensuring stock is allocated correctly.
  • Stock management for Warehouse and Technicians.
  • Co-ordination of online platform for After Hours with correct Technician details.
  • Uploading asset reports to customer portals and compliance audit portals.
  • Assisting with project scheduling where required.
  • Assisting with invoicing and quoting as required.
  • Working collaboratively within a small team.
  • Reporting to management via meetings and reports as required.

The successful candidate should have:

  • 5 years minimum experience in a comparable role.
  • Be positive, outgoing and highly organised.
  • A ‘go getter’. Being able to get the job done.
  • Coordinating, planning, multi-tasking and problem solving in a fast-paced environment are second nature to you.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Tech savvy – intermediate to advanced computer skills and be proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional manner.
