Northern Health are seeking applications from motivated and suitably experienced Senior Clinical Psychologist to join the Northern Health Mental Health division inpatient team.

Services are provided through our five main campuses:
Northern Hospital Epping, Broadmeadows Hospital, Bundoora Centre, Craigieburn Centre, and Kilmore District Hospital. In addition, Mental Health Services are provided at Epping, Broadmeadows, Jacana, Preston, Mill Park and Coburg.
About the Role:
The Senior psychologist in the IPU is responsible for a range of clinical tasks and the support/supervision of our P2’s within the service. They will also be responsible for taking a leadership role within the inpatient team and participating assertively within the inpatient executive space.
The senior psychologist will report operationally to the Program Manager of the inpatient unit, however will have professional accountability to the Area Psychology Lead and Mental Health Psychology Director.
We are a busy and dynamic inpatient service that supports adult consumers with serious mental illness living in the Northern Catchment of Victoria.
Various ongoing part time positions are available.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Experience and good working knowledge of all relevant interventions and therapies
- Proven ability to supervise and support more junior psychologists
- Demonstrated capacity to work within a multidisciplinary team
