Job Description Summary
This role is responsible for ensuring that data quality requirements are met and for developing operational metrics for the measurement of performance, allowing for the collation and presentation of the information required to meet contractual and operational reporting requirements.
You will work collaboratively with the operations and maintenance teams to identify, develop and implement improvements across all aspects of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Build a strong understanding of the contract, commercial arrangements and KPI regimeIdentification of asset performance metrics, and their ongoing analysis to improve financial and quality performanceInput to monthly reporting, including Power BI reports, on asset performance metrics, work process targets and data accuracyIdentify and resolve data quality issues across a range of systems, ensuring that data flows are correct Assist with the development of targeted maintenance regimes, based on risk-based principles and asset performance dataConducting training and creating user/technical documentationManage and drive the identification and implementation of energy- and chemical-saving initiatives in accordance with the energy and chemical incentive frameworkIdentify opportunities to improve the efficiency and performance of Service Stream work flows and processes through data analytics and business improvement processes.Business as Usual (BAU) post-project support (triaging issues, implementing fixes and improvements)
About You
Based in Bendigo or surrounding areas Tertiary or similar qualifications in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related fieldProficient in the use of Process Improvement Methodologies (Six Sigma or similar)Power Automate familiarity desirableProficiency with Business Intelligence reporting software (such as PowerBI)Experience/knowledge of data relevant to water utility processes highly valued.
