As Australia’s largest recycler, our extensive network of recycling operations is integrated with our manufacturing sites. We collect and sort recyclable materials like paper, cardboard, glass, plastics, and metals from households and businesses, and locally remanufacture them back into new, sustainable packaging.
- Location: Heidelberg, VIC
- Reporting to: Site Manager Banyule
- Key Information: Lead and support a team, ensure safety compliance, drive continuous improvement, and achieve operational KPIs.
What You'll Do
- Supervise and facilitate daily shift activities for the production team.
- Foster a culture of safety, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Drive operational efficiency in line with KPIs and budget.
- Allocate resources effectively to meet delivery, quality, and safety targets.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement continuous improvement processes.
- Provide leadership and support to the production team.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and resolve issues effectively.
- Support maintenance programs and troubleshoot machine issues
What You Will Bring:
- Experience in managing a team in a process manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Proficiency in SAP, Kronos, and Microsoft Office.
