Description:

Join a values-driven Not for Profit and make a difference by overseeing the running of facilities management services, ensuring optimal maintenance, property management, and project delivery. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the organisation’s mission of supporting mental health and wellbeing through efficient property management and maintenance operations.
Responsibilities
Improve maintenance compliance and track requests using the FSI program.Process property invoices and manage responsive/cyclical maintenance.Maintain property records and advise on lease renewals.Support policy development and team goals within Property Management.Participate in professional development and promote a safe, inclusive environment.
Skills Required
Minimum Certificate IV in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.Experience in facilities management, administration, and customer service, ideally in social services, community services, or healthcare.Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail, time management, and flexibility.Right to work in Australia, current NDIS Worker Screening Check, and Working with Children Check (Blue Card - QLD).
