Physical Health Assessment - Swim Instructor
- Work with a dynamic team of swim teachers across our Aquatic’s Programs, including Learn to Swim, School Swimming, and school holiday activities!

- Multiple casual roles available with flexible work hours; weekday afternoons and weekends are essential.
- $39.62 per hour (including 25% casual loading) plus superannuation

About The Role
In this role, you will play a vital part in boosting children's self-esteem and confidence while delivering professional swimming and water safety instruction in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. Our goal is to make swimming lessons the highlight of every child's day!
What You’ll Deliver
- Plan and conduct Learn to Swim classes for a range of age groups and abilities.
- Assess students against the Swim and Survive curriculum criteria.
- Monitor students’ progress and adapt teaching to support progression.
- Deliver excellent customer service to swim school students and their parents.
- Provide regular feedback to students and their parents attending the learn to swim program.
- An engaging personality that connects well with children and has a passion for teaching children swimming and water safety skills.
- A current Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety certificate.
- The Teacher of Infant and Pre-school aquatics certificate (or willing to obtain)
- Current CPR qualification
- Employee Working with Children’s Check
- Experience in planning & preparing swim lessons, and basic administration skills
- Experience in teaching children from various age groups and swimming abilities
