We are now part of Ausco Modular, Australia and New Zealand’s leading transportable hire, remote accommodation and modular construction company for over 60 years.We are continuing to grow rapidly and are looking for an experienced Crane Driver to join our team. Key duties for the role:
- Dogging/ Rigging mobile cranes
- Internals workshop movements using an overhead crane
- Forklift and combi lift operations onsite
- Loading and unloading of modular buildings on and offs trucks.
- Standing and rolling of module frames using mobile/overhead cranes.
- Working at heights, guiding completed modules into storage tracks at approx. 10m high.
- Onsite traffic management duties including setting up and managing exclusion zones and spotting trucks and internal plant equipment
- Ability to work as part of the team/individual
- Physical fit, be able to stand long periods of time and be confident working at heights
- Dogging and Working at Heights qualifications are essential
- C6 ticket and experience preferred but not essential
- Forklift, EWP preferred but not essential
- A safety-first mindset
- Willingness to learn new skills
- A positive attitude and great work ethic
- 12 months experience in a related industry preferred
- Permanent full time employment with job security
