About the Opportunity
We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Manager to manage and grow our ophthalmic surgical product portfolio across Newcastle and Northern NSW. This full-time, on-the-road position involves developing strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the success of our collaborative and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and grow a comprehensive range of ophthalmic products, including intraocular lenses and instruments.
- Develop and manage client relationships with surgeons and healthcare professionals.
- Achieve sales and margin targets while identifying new business opportunities.
- Provide technical support and product education tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.
Your role isn’t just about sales, it's about building meaningful relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing innovative solutions that make a real difference in people’s lives. You will have the autonomy to craft bespoke solutions tailored to our customers.
Previous experience as a Territory Manager with a background in Ophthalmic equipment will be highly regarded, with a track record of commercial success in a growth environment.
