About the Role
We’re seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our Warwick Farm Board Plant. This is a full-time permanent role on an afternoon shift:
- Monday – Thursday 2pm – 10pm & Friday 11am – 4pm
- Overtime available some weekdays and Saturdays at penalty rates
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our plant running smoothly and safely.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventative and breakdown maintenance on production machinery.
- Working with the production team and fitters to resolve issues with minimal downtime.
- Contribute to project work, including installation and maintenance of machinery and equipment.
- Work with PLCs (Siemens & Allen Bradley), LV and HV systems monitoring and diagnosis.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing.
- Utilise MEX maintenance system to report jobs completed.
What You’ll Bring
- Electrical License and trade qualification
- Strong experience in preventative and breakdown maintenance in manufacturing environments
- Skills in PLC diagnostics and knowledge of CMMS systems like MEX
- A proactive attitude and a commitment to safety
