About Wilderluxe
The first of our Wilderluxe locations is launching in April! Wilderluxe redefines unpretentious luxury by offering elevated nature glamping and experiences creating a perfect fusion of adventure, culture and comfort. From stargazing tents to glamping escapes, with a focus on bare-foot luxe, health and wellbeing with nature-based attractions, Indigenous and food & beverage experience.
The Role
Combining kiosk classics and a luxury, exclusive dining experience, this role is truly unique.The Kiosk cook will be responsible for running The Canteen at Lake Keepit Holiday Park along with designing and preparing a luxurious feasting table for dinner three nights a week as a part of our Wilderluxe offering. This role has potential to be a part of ongoing opportunities across NSW as we expand the offering in more locations.
About Yo u
The successful candidate will be:
- Cooking and serving basic kiosk menu items (coffees, milkshakes, burgers, wraps, sandwiches, etc.)
- Keeping the kiosk clean, stocked, and running smoothly
- Ensuring food safety and quality standards are met
While assisting with:
- Preparing meals to be frozen and sold in the kiosk to guests
- Preparing and presenting hot meats and platter-style foods for grazing tables
- Preparing continental breakfasts for cabin and glamping guests
You will bring to the team:
- Experience in a similar cooking or catering role
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a small kitchen setup
- Ability to lead a team and confidently give direction and guidance
- Strong food preparation and presentation skills
- A friendly, customer-focused attitude
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to organisation and cleanliness
- Food handling certification (or willingness to obtain)
