About the RoleGolden Key Finance is on the lookout for an exceptional Junior Finance Broker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will guide clients through the home loan process from initial contact to settlement. With pre-qualified leads and robust support staff, your success is guaranteed.
Position DetailsRole: Finance BrokerHours: Full-time, 38 hours per weekExperience: Minimum 1-2 years in mortgage brokering. Location: Work from home opportunity available

Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the point of contact for customers referred by our networkConduct initial client meetings and assist them through to settlementCollaborate with Senior Mortgage Brokers for mentoring and deal assistancePrepare client files, gather information, and ensure accuracyManage loan applications, serviceability calculators, and complianceTrack loan applications and ensure timely settlementsFoster key relationships with clients, bank BDMs, and conveyancersMaintain CRM systems like Broker Engine and GHL
Qualifications & ExperienceCert IV or Diploma in Mortgage BrokingMinimum 1 year experience as a mortgage brokerExperience in writing loans for construction and residential propertiesStrong knowledge of Australian lending products, policies, and complianceFull accreditation with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) Excellent verbal and written communication skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and as part of a team
Bonus Skills (Not Essential but Preferred)Already accredited with AFG aggregatorKnowledge of Broker EngineProficient in holding meetings and navigating Zoom
