As a Course Advisor, you will play a key role in helping individuals find the right educational program to meet their goals. You will connect with potential learners through outbound calls, follow up on qualified leads, and guide them through the enrollment process. Your success will be measured by your ability to build rapport, provide clear course information, and achieve enrollment targets.

• Conduct outbound calls to leads provided by the company to discuss course offerings and career benefits.
• Qualify leads by understanding their needs, goals, and suitability for ViewJobs Academy programs.
• Present course details, including curriculum, structure, payment plans, and career outcomes.
• Guide prospective students through the enrollment process and assist with completing necessary paperwork.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and enrollments using CRM software (salesforce).
• Address concerns, provide information, and follow up promptly to ensure a smooth student journey.

• Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales, customer service, or telesales roles. Experience in education or training industries is a plus.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle objections and guide leads toward decisions confidently.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
