NextGen Jobs are seeking 20 suitable candidates to complete a traineeship with our Employer Partner in Early Learning who have centres in Artarmon, Burwood, CBD, Kogarah, Mascot, Macquarie Park, Parramatta, Wahroonga & Waterloo.Our Employer Partner's Educators must be passionate about achieving quality outcomes for children and their families. You must be highly motivated and enthusiastic to learn. Our employer partner is passionate about nurturing growth and knowledge.
About the role:
- Assist in the delivery of educational programs for all age groups
- Assist in planning learning environments, setting up activities, preparing and cleaning away materials and supplies
- Ensure a high level of health & safety standards are maintained at all times
- Maintain positive working relationships with team members
- Create a friendly, secure and stimulating interactive learning environment
- The desire to study towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care
- A Working with Children Check
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A friendly and energetic demeanour
- Comprehensive on-the-job training and mentoring
