The Job:We are on the hunt for an organised and helpful Operations Coordinator that will help support the Val Morgan Agency, Direct and CINEads sales teams in developing and executing campaigns. While no two days are the same, your duties include:Provide advice and support to the sales teams, agencies, and clients to assist in securing bookings/revenueEffectively managing revenue and inventory across the AU & NZ cinema networkTrafficking movie and ad scheduling for cinemas across Australia & NZFacilitating the production of advertisements for cinema screens & in-foyer panelsConducting quality control checks and coordinating the dispatch of advertisements to cinemas via digital platforms
