As an Lead Educator, you will be at the heart of our educational journey, actively engaging with our wonderful team, children, and families!
About your new role
- Assisting in leading a classroom by fostering meaningful connections with educators, families, children, and the wider community to deliver a tailored educational program that meets the unique needs of each child.
- Showcasing your sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
- Upholding the highest standards of compliance with Government Regulations and center policies, ensuring our commitment to quality remains unwavering.
- Building valuable networks with local stakeholders to enrich the community experience.
- Cultivating strong relationships and partnerships with both children and families.
- Contributing to the documentation of children's skills and interests, employing a continuous cycle of reflective practice.
A little about you
- Diploma or working towards or a higher qualification in children's services, as approved by ACECQA.
- Current approved first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications.
- Current Employment Blue Card.
- Experience in an early childhood setting.
- A sound understanding of the EYLF and NQF.
- Confidence in building strong relationships and partnerships with children and families.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
