Australian owned Hi-Tec Oils with over 35 years in the Industrial, Automotive & Commercial lubrication market is looking for a motivated and experienced Personal Assistant who can support the daily operation needs of a National Account Manager for a large National Manufacturing Company. The ideal candidate will have a solid and dedicated attitude and demonstrate the following key skills to be successful in this role:
Skills & Experience
Provide operational and administrative support and assistance to the National Account Manager.
Prepare and present reports in time and supply within deadline.
Organise and conduct meetings within the business.
Previous experience in administrative roles would be an advantage.
Sound knowledge of administration principles, processes and procedures.
Exceptional communication skills.
Effective verbal and writing skills.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Self motivated and Strong team player.
Time Management and ability to Multi-task.
Minimum 2 years experience required.
Microsoft Office – Word / Excel / Outlook.
MYOB (Optional) but would be an advantage.
General Office Duties.
This is a fulltime position with immediate start.
