About the role:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and operational tasks, ensuring that all office processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will oversee office records, accounts, payroll, and personnel activities while coordinating procurement and supplier deliveries. This role requires strong organizational skills, a data-driven approach, and proven experience in people management, along with a commitment to maintaining a compliant and safe work environment.
Responsibilities:

Manage human resources, office space, and equipment to support daily operations.

Assign tasks and monitor staff performance through regular evaluations.

Oversee office records, accounts, payroll, and comprehensive financial documentation.

Monitor labor and material costs by comparing actuals to planned budgets and generating performance indicators.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Manage procurement of necessary materials and coordinate supplier deliveries.

Reconcile invoices and payments while ensuring effective cost control.

Contribute to the planning and review of office services and standards.

Coordinate schedules for incoming shipments, including allocation of staff resources for unloading and storing goods.

Maintain effective verbal and written communication to support team collaboration and operational success.
