The Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Bar/Venue Supervisor to oversee bar and floor operations at Allta. The role requires a strong focus on delivering exceptional service, ensuring smooth daily operations, and enhancing the overall guest experience. Fine dining experience is highly valued, and a passion for hospitality is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the bar and floor staff, ensuring smooth daily operations

  • Oversee guest service to ensure a seamless, high-quality experience

  • Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain service standards

  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations

  • Assist with inventory control and ordering supplies

What We Are Looking For:

  • 2+ years of supervisory experience in a similar hospitality role

  • Proficiency in beverage knowledge

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Familiarity with restaurant POS systems and basic computer proficiency

  • In-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols

  • Keen attention to detail and ability to drive service excellence
