The Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Bar/Venue Supervisor to oversee bar and floor operations at Allta. The role requires a strong focus on delivering exceptional service, ensuring smooth daily operations, and enhancing the overall guest experience. Fine dining experience is highly valued, and a passion for hospitality is essential.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the bar and floor staff, ensuring smooth daily operations

Oversee guest service to ensure a seamless, high-quality experience

Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain service standards

Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations

Assist with inventory control and ordering supplies
What We Are Looking For:

2+ years of supervisory experience in a similar hospitality role

Proficiency in beverage knowledge

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Familiarity with restaurant POS systems and basic computer proficiency

In-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols

Keen attention to detail and ability to drive service excellence
