Job Description About the Team: The KDN (KPMG Delivery Network) is a global network of people, processes, centres, tools, and technology aimed at accelerating the delivery of high-quality global solutions across KPMG member firms. It features a three-tier system that involves on-site client service professionals, regionally focused solution architects, and dedicated offshore resources in multiple delivery centres. The KDN strives to deliver high-quality solutions at competitive prices efficiently and consistently. About the Role: KDN is seeking an experienced Pre-Sales focused SAP Platform Architect to support the Powered SAP growth agenda. Powered Enterprise SAP is KPMG's leading business transformation framework enabled by SAP. This role will involve orchestrating various Powered SAP programmatic elements, increasing KDN adoption across all SAP deals in the market, and working closely with member firms and the Delivery Centres. The successful candidate will work with the global team across different time zones and limited travel as required.- Gain strong access to the SAP world at KPMG including KDN, Powered SAP build team, SAP Innovation Lab, SAP Alliance and other key stake holders in the context of SAP
- Develop expertise to disseminate knowledge about Powered Enterprise and SAP within the home team
- 80% - Deal solutioning, pre-sales, and working on deals with member firm sales and solutioning teams to increase KDN adoption.
- 20% - Member firm enablement activities on existing and new solutions.
- Assist member firms with SAP specific initiatives including proposal preparation, solutioning, estimations, demos, and credentials management.
- Develop and share Thought Leadership on latest SAP subjects, encompassing topics like "Rise with SAP", AI (Joules), BTP and Signvavio amongst others.
- Collaborate with the SAP Alliance team to drive future SAP alliance initiatives.
- Organise and participate in SAP Community calls and other events.
- Engage in cross-regional/global projects such as creating training materials for Powered Enterprise SAP.
- Interface with the Powered SAP build team to comprehend the solution's functional and technical components.
- Foster connections between member firms and subject matter experts both within and outside KDN.
- Compile materials for proposals, resource planning, estimates, and credentials.
- Deliver Powered SAP training to member firms.
- Strong background in pre-sales, backed up by delivery experience of large SAP enabled business transformations, preferably in cloud environments.
- Extensive experience in selling and implementing cloud-based SAP solutions
- Proficiency in SAP Products and Solutions (e.g. AI, SAP S/4HANA Cloud, SAP Grow, BTP, Signavio, LeanIX)
- In-depth understanding of project management (SAP Activate) and business change management best practises.
- Proven ability to deploy cloud-based SaaS implementations.
- Familiarity with SAP's project lifecycle and associated support activities.
- Demonstrated success in meeting SLAs and exceeding customer expectations.
- Comprehensive knowledge of business transformation and project lifecycle processes.
- Experience working in international and multicultural environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field.
- MBA or certification(s) in a business function preferred.
- Enterprise Architecture certification such as TOGAF is highly regarded.
- SAP Certifications (Rise/Grow with SAP, BTP, Leanix, Signavio or similar)
