Job Description- 2x Max Term opportunity (1x – 18 months and 1x – 8 months)

Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of the new LEAD leadership hub.
- Conduct an inventory of all existing leadership development assets across the bank.
- Work with SME owners to update materials and publish them in a consistent theme.
- Manage the workflow for updating the leadership hub with agreed content assets.
- Ensure the leadership hub is up-to-date and relevant for People Leaders.
- Coordinate proactive review of content and manage reactive content updates.
- Support SMEs and stakeholders to ensure all leadership assets are stored in the leadership hub.
- Drive continuous improvement of the leadership hub to ensure its relevance.
- Implement solutions that simplify access to leadership content for People Leaders.
What do I need?
To be successful in this role, the successful candidate should have:
- Excellent planning and organising skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Demonstrated relationship management skills with a focus on delivering outcomes.
- Proven ability to analyse, interpret, and understand business requirements and issues.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver to challenging deadlines.
- Experience in intranet or SharePoint (desirable).
- Strong customer focus and business acumen.
- Effective budgeting, reporting, and management skills.
- Experience using Learning Management Systems (an advantage).
