Job Summary:We are on the hunt for a Sales Operations AI Trainer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a profound understanding of sales operations, CRM systems, and process optimization. You will play a critical role in training AI models, enhancing efficiency, and supporting our growth initiatives in a dynamic remote setting. This role is available on a full-time or part-time basis, offering the flexibility to match your schedule.
Key Responsibilities:Train AI models to optimize sales operations and processes.Utilize CRM systems to streamline sales workflows.Collaborate with sales teams to enhance team enablement and operational efficiency.Analyze and refine sales processes for continuous improvement.Develop training materials and documentation for AI training processes.Monitor and report on AI model performance and suggest improvements.Stay updated with industry trends to ensure our practices are at the forefront of innovation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce and HubSpot.Proven experience in process optimization and sales workflow enhancement.Strong understanding of sales operations and team enablement.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and manage multiple tasks.
