We’re looking for a Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a highly organised, detail-oriented individual eager to gain hands-on experience in the residential construction industry.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Based at our head office and display home , you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, providing a warm welcome and guiding them through the display home.
When not assisting visitors, you’ll be:
- Providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Handling phone calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally.
- Assisting with document preparation, data entry, and record-keeping.
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
- Processing invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Maintaining office presentation, including tidiness and stock of supplies.
- Supporting project teams with general office tasks.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Prior administrative experience is essential .
Work Schedule:
- Monday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Wednesday: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- Thursday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
(Approx. 20 hours per week , with flexibility for additional hours when required.)
