Job Description The LEAP transformation portfolio is a key strategic enabler to the KPMG Australia strategy to simplify, digitise, and transform. Sitting in the business services division, the Change Manager will be part of the Transformation Change Management Office and assigned to a transformation program. They will leverage change management methodology and work with the program team, key stakeholders, and subject matter experts to develop and execute on the change strategy and plans across the firm.This role will be an initial 12-month contract with possibility for extension. Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end change management for a transformation program by applying the KPMG change management methodology and tools and working closely with the transformation program teams, stakeholders and subject manager experts.
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders and engagement strategies to help achieve the desired level of commitment for sustained change.
- Create strategies to support adoption of the changes across relevant areas of the firm
- Translate the change strategy into an actionable change plan identifying the key change activities, timings, and responsibilities to be implemented and deliver on the plan.
- Support the design, development, delivery, and management of change communications.
- Conduct a training needs analysis and develop the training plan, leading the design and delivery of training programs.
- Experience with large-scale organisational change efforts impacting multiple teams.
- Ability to work independently with little guidance and are comfortable working with ambiguity in a complex environment.
- Experience delivering change for large-scale technology rollouts.
- Experience in delivering change using an agile approach.
- Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
- A solid understanding of how people go through the change process, with a versatile set of tools and techniques to support them.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and move toward a common vision or goal.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
