Description:
The Program Manager will lead the Design and Delivery of the Diploma of Nursing (DON) as well as the current programs within NTA's scope. This is currently a Part time role (3 days per week) and will transition to Full time once NTA receives its accreditation for Diploma of Nursing program. This includes:
- Lead NTA's Accreditation Program for the Diploma of Nursing program.
- Develop and execute NTA's DON Program re-accreditation application process.
- Develop and maintain Program Document.
- Day to day management of the DON Program re-accreditation project, including coordination of committees, working groups, writers, trainers.
- Management of writers, reviewers (whether employed or contracted).
- Establishment and management of Industry partnership required to enable the DON Program.
- Establishing and managing committees and working groups.
- Establish the Organisational and Program Governance structures and framework required to successfully deliver the DON Program.
- Support the CEO with ASQA/CRICOS course governance relating to other programs (Certificate III, IV, Diploma of Community Services).
- Any other Program support as required by the CEO or the Board of Directors.
Selection Criteria:
- Registered Nurse with significant industry and/or Clinical education experience.
- Significant experience designing and delivering Nursing and/or Healthcare related Programs.
- Experience leading Accreditation programs with Regulators such as ANMAC.
- Staff and stakeholder and/or Management experience.
- Demonstrated experience in managing Clinical Program Delivery Governance.
