About the role
We are seeking an experienced High End Retoucher Editor to join our team at K AND T PHOTOGRAPHY'. This partl-time, contract role will be based in Holroyd NSW 2142. As a High End Retoucher Editor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality photo retouching and editing services to support our creative teams and deliver exceptional results for our clients.
What you'll be doing
- Expertly retouch and edit high-resolution photographs to a professional standard
- Collaborate closely with photographers, designers and other creative professionals to understand the desired aesthetic and implement it through your edits
- Ensure all retouched images meet our strict quality standards and client expectations
- Work efficiently to meet tight deadlines and manage your time effectively
- Stay up-to-date with the latest photo editing techniques and tools to continuously improve your skills
- Provide guidance and mentorship to more junior members of the editing team
What we're looking for
- Significant experience (5+ years) as a professional photo retoucher or editor, ideally within the Photography, creative arts or media industries
- Mastery of photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to achieve pixel-perfect results
- Strong time management and organisational skills to work to tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest editing trends and techniques
