The Role
We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to help our enterprise clients get the most out of our AI compliance platform. You'll work closely with compliance and legal teams, guiding them through implementation and helping them transform their daily workflows. This role is perfect for someone who loves solving problems, building relationships, and has a keen interest in regulatory technology.

Guide clients through successful platform implementation and adoptionHelp clients optimize their compliance workflows and achieve their goalsMonitor client health and engagement to ensure long-term successDeliver regular training sessions and create help resourcesWork with our product team to share client feedback and feature requestsIdentify opportunities for clients to expand their use of the platformBuild strong relationships with key stakeholders in client organizationsTrack and report on client success metrics and platform usage
What You'll Bring: Must Have:
Strong communication and presentation skillsExperience working with enterprise software platformsAbility to build and maintain client relationshipsBasic understanding of compliance or regulatory requirementsProblem-solving mindset and attention to detailExperience in creating and delivering client trainingStrong project management skills
Nice To Have
