THE POSITION:
Stream Healthcare is recruiting Social Workers with mental health experience for permanent or fixed term contracts across QLD, CBD and Regional QLD! We have positions available for Clinicians and Senior Clinicians ASAP. As a Social Worker you will be working closely within the community to support Complex Mental Health presentations and referrals. We have a number or roles working across a range of age groups from child, youth, adolescents and adult / older adult, take your pick!

SELECTION CRITERIA

• Qualified Social Worker
• Experience working within a mental health settings
• The ability to obtain a National Police Clearance and Working with Children Check
