About the Role
The Digital Coordinator is part of the Marketing team, and you will play a key role in executing, optimising and measuring the impact of Camp Quality's marketing efforts through data-driven decision-making. You will assist with maintaining and updating Camp Quality's websites and microsites to ensure an optimal user experience.
Supporting our Digital Experience Manager you will work on website builds, content updates, and search engine optimisation (SEO) strategy implementation. Additionally, you will be contributing to our email marketing efforts, managing single-send email direct marketing (EDM) campaigns, analysing performance metrics, and applying insights to enhance engagement and conversion rates.

Experience and Knowledge
Essential:
- 1-2 years of experience in website management (preferably WordPress CMS or Funraisin), including content updates, user experience improvements, and general maintenance ensuring alignment with organisation's brand guidelines.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing automation and lead generation tools (preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Ability to update and upload website content, including text, images, videos, and downloadable resources.
- HTML and CSS knowledge for basic website and email updates and troubleshooting.
- A strong attention to detail to ensure accurate and high-quality email and website builds.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, to analyse email campaign performance data to help identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
Preferred:
- Experience using website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track performance, user behaviour and identify areas for improvement.
- Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies for subject lines, content, and visuals to optimise EDM campaign performance.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and its application in digital marketing and customer engagement.
- Knowledge of how email marketing integrates with other digital marketing channels for cohesive multi-channel campaigns.
- Understanding of peer-to-peer campaigns, raffles, and fundraising for non-profits.
Qualifications and Training
- Degree in Marketing, or similar
