As we continue to expand our services, we are looking for a results-driven Trainer and Assessor with proven experience in gaming operations within the hospitality industry. This is an essential requirement for the role. You will be instrumental in equipping students with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in gaming venues and broader hospitality environments.

At CTA, you will work as part of a collaborative and innovative team, delivering impactful training across Queensland and potentially New South Wales, supporting the development of industry excellence. As we continue to expand our services, we are looking for a results-driven Trainer and Assessor with a strong gaming background in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

  • Facilitate group training sessions across Queensland.
  • Engage clients with a fun, professional, and results-focused approach.
  • Maintain a high standard of training delivery in line with RTO and industry requirements.

To thrive in this role, you will need:

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40122) – essential
  • Extensive vocational experience in gaming, with ongoing professional development to maintain industry currency - essential
  • Flexibility to travel locally and regionally throughout Queensland
  • A current driver’s licence
  • Formal qualifications in Hospitality (Diploma level preferred)
